1. Italian wedding pasta

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pound turkey
  2.  bread crumbs – ¼ cup
  3. chopped parsley leaves – ¼ cup
  4. 1 clove crushed garlic and 2 cloves of sliced garlic.
  5. An egg
  6.  Cheese  – 1 cup
  7. Bow tie pasta – 1 packet
  8. Cornstarch – 1 tablespoon
  9. One and half cup milk
  10. 14 ounce of chicken soup
  11. 9 ounces of baby spinach
  12. Black paper, as required.

Process:

  1. First, you need to mix together turkey, crumbs, parsley, garlic, eggs and cheese in a bowl and cook over medium heat until they blend well.
  2. Prepare meatballs with this mixture and place in a pan and bake the meatballs for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, boil the pasta for two minutes over high heat and drain out the extra water in it.
  4. Next prepare a mixture with milk and cornstarch. Add this mixture with pasta and boil the mixture until thick. Add the meatballs with the pasta mix and gently toss to combine.

  1. Boil the pasta with water on high heat. Add the broccoli pieces with pasta when three minutes cooking times remains.
  2. Reserve ½ th cup of cooking water and drain the excess water from the pasta. In the meantime, cut the sausages thinly and cook until brown.

  1. Put the walnuts, parsley leaves, garlic, cheese, oil, salt and pepper into the grinder and blend it well until it becomes a coarse puree.
  2. Boil the pasta with water until it becomes tender. Reserve ½ th cup of boiled pasta water and drain the remaining water.
  3. Cook the frozen tortellini with salted water for 12 minutes. Add pasta, reserved pasta water, walnut pesto and butter over tortellini and toss the mixture at least 5 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Finally, add grated chess over the dish.

  2. 2 teaspoon of vegetable oil
  3. A large chopped onion

  7. Cumin powder- 1 teaspoon
  8. Salt, as require
  9. 14 ounce of stewed tomatoes

  14. Chili powder – 2 teaspoons

Process:

  1. Boil the pasta over high heat. In the meantime, put some oil in the frying pan and heat until hot.
  2. Add onion and red pepper and toss it until brown. Transfer the onion into a bowl.
  3. Next, cook the beef over medium heat for at least 3 to 4 minutes. Add chili powder, cocoa, cumin, cinnamon and some salt over beef and mix it well and cook for 1 minute. 4. Next, add the onion mixture, tomatoes, beans, and little bit of water. Cook the mixture for at least 5 minutes over medium heat.

  7. 29 ounce chopped tomatoes and 6 ounce tomato paste
  8. 12 dry lasagna noodles
  9. 2  eggs
  10. 1 pint ricotta chess and ½ cup grated cheese
  11. A teaspoon salt
  12. 1 pound shredded mozzarella chesses
  13. 2 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese

Process:

  1. First, boil the ground beef, onion and garlic.
  2. Prepare a mixture of basil, oregano, brown sugar, salt as require, together with chopped tomatoes and tomato paste and cook for at least 35 minutes over low heat.
  3. Later, mix it with boiled beef. Boil the noodles for 5 minutes in a different container and drain the noodles.
  4. Take a medium sized bowl and mix together eggs, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley and pinch of salt.
  5. Next, place the noodles in the bottom of the baking dish and cover them with ricotta mixture, mozzarella cheese and sauce.
  6. You can also add some parmesan cheese on top. Bake for at least 30 minutes till it is ready to serve.

9. Fusilli with herbed ricotta and grape tomatoes

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup ricotta cheese
  2. 1 tablespoon of chopped oregano leaves
  3. grated pecorino cheese – ¼ cup
  4. ¼ cup chopped basil leaves
  5. 12 ounces of fusilli or corkscrew pasta
  6. 1 pint grape tomatoes
  7. Salt as require

Process:

  1. Boil the pasta over high flame for at least 2 minutes.
  2. Once it is ready retain 1/4th cup of water in which pasta is boiled and drain the excess water.
  3. In the meantime, mix the ricotta cheese, pecorino cheese, oregano together with basil in a small bowl. 4. Next, take another pot and place the pasta.
  4. Add pasta boiled water with the cheese mixture and tomatoes. Mix the entire ingredients well.
  5. Finally, garnish with basil leaves and serve it.

10. Orecchiette pasta with cauliflower and sage brown butter sauce

Ingredients:

  1. ½ cup strips of cut and sun dried tomatoes
  2. 1 small cauliflower cut into small size
  3. 1 pound orecchiette pasta
  4. Butter – ½ cup
  5. 1 slice and crushed shallot
  6. 18 pieces of sage leaves
  7. Little bit of pepper
  8. Grated parmesan cheese

Process:

  1. Put the tomato strips into water so that it gets softened. Once it becomes soft drain the tomatoes.
  2. Now, bring a large pot, along with water. Add cauliflower and boil until soft. Once done pout it into another pot.
  3. Next, boil the pasta together with two table spoons of butter, cauliflower, tomato strips and shallot and cook for four minutes over medium heat.
  4. Retain ½th cup of this cooking water. Next, add the remaining four tablespoons of butter in a small and heavy skillet, over low heat and add sage leaves.
  5. Next, toss for four minutes. As the sage leaves become golden brown add all the ingredients along with the retained cooking water and toss well.
  6. Finally, garnish with cheese and pepper.
