My husband is suffering from Celiac disease, and the doctor has asked to give me wheat free food to eat. I don’t know about many recipes which are wheat free, therefore I would really want to get some information about wheat free foods. Moreover, the food should be gluten free as well, therefore can anyone please suggest of a few wheat free foods, which I could serve to my husband, and what all should I avoid giving him?
