My teenage daughter has really restricted her diet, and I am afraid she would make herself anemic! She is quite wary about the food she eats; therefore, I am concerned about her health as well. I want to know from you guys about a list of food containing iron, which can help her to adhere to her diet plan without really deteriorating her health.
