What kind of non veg recipes can I add to a 12 year old’s diet plan?

As my son is growing I think it is very essential to add more protein, minerals and vitamins in his diet. I was making a meal plan for him and I want to know that what all non veg food recipes are there that I should include in the plan? Which is the best non veg recipe which you think is very good for children of this age? Except egg and chicken which is the non vegetarian dish that have lot of proteins?
