I am familiar with making some kadorei chocolate the Israeli chocolate balls (truffles). I have developed a solid recipe but thought why not take your advice prior to trying it once again. This recipe of mine is a dud; it did not work at all. I want to try something else now as I have become very frustrated of it. But I want to give it another chance can you tell me in my variation once I have it in the food processor I grind my biscuit cookies into finely crushed crumbs then melt the chocolate and margarine, now from here how do I successfully add some dairy truffles? What all ingredients will I need, can I get all organic ingredients to make this recipe as the organic recipes?
