The doctor has recently advised me to eat low protein foods. Until few days ago, I was a frequent to gym, and as per my instructor’s advice, I started consuming protein supplements along with a high protein diet. I assume it did not work well for me, and I had to go to the doctor. Now since I am on a low protein diet, I would really want to know about the list of low protein foods, which should be included in my diet. Can anyone please advice appropriately? Thanks.
