I am a diabetic. I have diabetes type 3. I am a 40yrs old woman. I am searching for some recipes that will help me with my diabetes as I can not eat anything and everything. Also the recipes should be really easy from its preparation time to its cooking time. Can you help me with this? Can you share with me some diabetic recipes that are very easy to prepare?
