My husband who is 50yrs old, is facing a health problem of high blood pressure and the doctor has suggested some low fat and low cholesterol diet for him. I am a health conscious person myself. I cook for my family keeping in mind the nutritional values of the recipes. Nonetheless, but I can’t be watchful on his eating habits once he is out at work, therefore, I need some help from some expert out there regarding a few healthy recipes which can be healthy and tasty for my food-loving husband? Can somebody assist me with some healthy recipes that includes bread in it? My husband loves having panera bread recipes but he cannot have it anymore. Help please.
