Will you please tell me how do I bake the common fast food recipes?

I am a 30 year old male with a protruding belly and a whole lot of unwanted extra weight that I need to carry with me. I am so sick of my belly that I am now inclining more towards the better, healthier and the baked ways of eating. I won’t be able to leave the fast food entirely but whats better than finding healthier ways to have them. Help please.
