I am an 18yr old male, I am an athlete and I love working out. I have a habit of consuming a lot of energy drinks to keep myself energetic all day long after the strenuous workouts, and I have been regular with the energy drinks such as Rock Star and Red Bull. However, I don’t want to be confined to certain energy drinks only anymore, therefore, I would want to know about certain energy meal ideas that would help me too? So can somebody help me with some energy meal ideas? But please don’t send in any monkfish recipes because I hate them.
