The pork Zoodle recipe
If you are wondering what a zoodle is, it’s not the noodles that zombies prefer. It is noodles made by spiraling zucchinis using a small kitchen tool known as the spiralizer.
Vegetable oil 1 teaspoon, sesame oil 1 teaspoon, minced shallots 1 tablespoon, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, ½ pound grounded pork, minced garlic 1 tablespoon, Thai red chili 1, salt and pepper to taste. Sugar 1 tablespoon, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, chicken stock 4 cups, sesame paste 2 tablespoon, chili bean sauce 2 tablespoon, salt and pepper to taste.
Using a spiralizer, convert 2-3 small zucchinis into zoodles for the dish.
How to cook zoodle soup
Take a large saucepan and pour the chicken stock in it, keep it on medium flame. Add soy sauce, sesame paste, chili bean sauce, sugar to the pan and stir well. Let the soup be on low flame, mean while we cook the pork.
Take a small frying pan, pour vegetable oil in it and keep the pan on medium flame. Add shallots, garlic and Thai red chili to it. Cook it for a minute or so and then add pork to it. When the pork is crispy, brown add sesame oil and soy sauce to it. Sprinkle salt and pepper over it and remove from heat.
Bring the soup in the saucepan to boil and add zoodles to it, cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat. Take a bowl and pour the soup in it and now add the cooked pork to it. The delicious zucchini soup is ready to be served.
The vegetarian Zoodle recipe
In this recipe, as well, we spiralize the zucchinis, there are very few ingredients that we use here. This recipe is light on the stomach and is just 138 calories.
What you need and how to cook
Half a cup of carrots peeled and diced, ½ -cup diced broccoli, a few celery leaves, vegetable broth 4 cups, vegetable bouillon 1 & ½ teaspoon, salt and pepper to taste and two large zucchinis.
Spiralize the zucchinis and set aside. Place a saucepan on medium flame and add vegetable broth and bouillon to it. Add the zoodles and all the ingredients, cook for five minutes and serve hot.
