Seafood tastes heavens in summer and the Passionatecook blogger, passionately blends tomatoes, chillies, leeks into Risotto rice,Vialone nano and seafood. The blogger feels it is no less than the Seafood Risotto. Agreed it is Italian in its ingredients, except for the sherry in it which adds the Chinese flavor to it.
However, the dish is close to Italian Risotto as the rice is cooked in stock and flavored with herbs(here basil is used). Seafood being acidic will taste great with a glass of white wine.
