Pasta with meats make a delightful combo, provided it’s cooked while adding juicy flavors to it. Chef Shane adds tomatoes and red peppers along with onions for that tangy taste. Shane cooks them in red wine, which not only enhances the flavor of the meat, but also fortifies it. After blending in pasta and herbs she seasons it with salt and pepper, and the final topping is with Parmesan cheese. This is what I call perfect finish.
