How do I pair brie and virgin olive oil to make some modern versions of italian pizza? I have become so interested in making cooking all thanks to the online cooking games. I was trying to make the authentic italian pizza but I don’t understand why can’t I get the toppings and the mix right. I made the dough at home which is coming out soft cooked and crusty but I am struggling with pairing brie, and virgin olive oil to make some modern versions of italian pizza? I am also using all the four mozzarella, percorino, parmesan and gorgonzola. Should I put them all together or there is some procedure behind it in it?
