Why did my lentil kale soup turned out to be so sour despite using all the ingredients mentioned in the recipe? I used one cup of green lentils, half medium onion, chopped two bunches of kale, half a cup of white or yellow corn, one clove of garlic chopped, three tbsp of the olive oil, two cups of the vegetable broth, three and a half cups of the water, one tsp cumin and one tbsp of mild curry powder. Where did I go wrong, can you share with me your recipe of the lentil kale soup, I will be looking forward to some early responses from you guys?
