I have been suggested to take some nutritional supplement drinks and some meals and the soups too that have a balanced quantity of maltodextrin, a glucose polymer. And I want take some lamb stew recipe as they are my favorite. What are my options? What do you suggest I should take keeping in mind my requirements and also what else would you like to advise me?
