Korean Beef

This preparation of Korean beef is an easy and tasty recipe.


1. Half kg beef without bone,

2. Soy sauce – 2 tablespoon,

3. Sugar – 4 teaspoon,

4. 2 big size of garlic,

5. 4 onions,

6. Adjust salt to its taste,

Cooking Time:3 hours

Method of Preparation:

Step 1. Cut beef thin and convert into small pieces.

Step 2. Adjust soy sauce, sugar and salt to quantity, Combine them together and set them aside for 2 hours.

Step 3. Pour oil in pan by putting the pan in oven. After the oil gets warmed, put beef in it and cover the pan after stirring for 10 minutes.

Step 4. Blend garlic and onions with beef by cutting the garlic and onion into a bit bigger piece. Stir them thoroughly,

Step 5. Take the pan out of the oven after 15 minutes.


That’s it! Serve the food with Korean rice or fried rice.
