I saw a yogurt smoothie recipe which includes banana in its ingredients. I am little skeptic and I want to know what is the calorie level of the smoothie which contains banana. Will it be ok to have such smoothie twice in a day? What is the normal level of calorie intake that one can have in day? Can you tell me any other healthy smoothie recipe which does not contain banana and Is low in calories also, so that I can have it twice or thrice in a day.
