Its being year that am baking shortbread using flour, cornstarch, salt , sugar and butter. A friend of mine gets the shortbread from his step-mom every year and it blows the socks off any other shortbread which I’ve ever tried. It is super dense has a very buttery taste and a very nice crumb. It is thicker than mine. I want to know from the experts that what could she been adding so thatâs itâs too good? Can any baking expert out there can give me the shortbread recipe?
