I am a working woman and have great responsibilities at work. Due to this I am not able to pay attention to my health as I have started skipping night meals. I know itâs bad for me and my health but I donât get time to cook food. So I was thinking to try freeze dried foods so that I can save my time in cooking. I want to know what are the types of freeze dried herbs and vegetables which I can try. I am allergic to gluten so please tell me can I try freeze dried foods or not?
