Baked oyster: Be sure of your sauces

shell outStanca Stratowski’s baked oysters has reminded me of my good old white wine pairing with seafood. While Stanca has added subtle flavor of spinach to the seafood, she remains silent of the kind of sauces and seasonings used. She could have used either sauces or seasonings for added flavors as using both might swap the actual taste of the oyster.
However, we can keep the seasonings simple to salt, pepper, and add in fish sauce, which will enhance the taste of oysters after it’s baked. If you want to go without seasonings you can include Pimento and tomato sauce for a salsa sting.
Thanks Stanca
