My sister is expecting her first baby, and the doctor has asked her to eat healthy foods, especially omega-3 fatty acids. I donât know about it, except but the fact that it is one of the most essential nutrient which is required for moms-to-be. Since I am sure that omega-3 fatty acids are quite beneficial for her, I want to know about omega-3 foods, as I want to ensure that she eats nutritious food for her as well as her babyâs health. Can somebody please help me with a list of omega-3 foods? I would really appreciate an early response! Thanks.
