My daughter is in her late teens and she has recently taken up on some diet plan, which she has described me as the Glycemic index diet. I want to know about Glycemic index, and how does it help in reducing weight. I am really worried for my daughter’s health, and I don’t want her to end up with this diet plan with any kind of nutrient deficiency! Therefore, I want to know about the list of best glycemic index foods, which I can prepare for her, so that she doesn’t feel out of energy when she is at her classes.
