My 19 years old daughter is diagnosed as anemic, and the doctor has advised to include a lot of iron rich foods in her diet. She is a vegetarian and this health problem is attributed to her, by her unhealthy diet plans. She would not eat food to stay slim and now I have to look for vegetarian food, which consist of iron. Can somebody please assist me with some iron rich vegetarian food, which could be beneficial for her, and would not contribute to her over weight problem?
