My partner has recently switched to a vegetarian diet and he seems to enjoy different vegetarian food which I cook for him. Of late, I am planning to schedule a diet plan for him, as sometime earlier when he had followed a protein diet, that comprised of fishes and now I am in a fix as he has turned to veggies. Therefore, I am looking for some ideas to help him maintain vegetarian diet along with some effective and healthy diet plan. Can anyone please suggest some vegetarian food to lose weight fast, which are nutritious at the same time? Thanks.
