1.Raspberry Vinaigrette
Raspberry Vinaigrette when paired with a salad of mixed baby greens or toasted walnuts dressing is not only tasty but also refreshing and healthy.
Ingredients :
1 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp fresh finely chopped mint leaves
1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
Method:
Firstly, in a container add honey and mint, also pour vinegar over it and cover it with a lid and shake. As an add on you may add some honey to the salad to even out the flavor.
2. Citrus Vinaigrette
This salad goes good with asparagus, green beans, spinach, and other vegetables that tastes good with citrus.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp fresh squeezed orange juice
1 tbsp fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
6 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
2 tbsp grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Method:
Combine all citrus elements such as orange juice,vinegar,grapefruit juice,lemon juice and lime juice in a jar and while whisking the mixture add olive oil to it. Add the walnuts and cheese and stir again. Finally add salt and pepper to taste if required.
3. Dill Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Add olive oil, vinegar, dill weed, onion powder, garlic powder, mustard and sugar in a bowl and blend. Also add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate the mixture until chill and serve.
4. Balsamic Vinaigrette
Being one of the healthiest salad, balsamic vinaigrette is very tasty indeed.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup virgin olive oil
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 crushed clove garlic
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
In a jar, combine all the ingredients including olive oil, vinegar,garlic cloves, oregano and mustard. Shake until all ingredients are combined. Refrigerate until it is ready to serve.
5. Basil Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp chopped fresh basil
2 minced garlic cloves
Method:
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients like basil, garlic,vinegar and olive oil. Refrigerate until it is ready to serve.
6. Asian Dressing

Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp Asian mustard
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 medium minced garlic cloves
3 tbsp sesame oil

In a bowl, mix all the above stated ingredients like orange juice,vinegar,sesame,mustard,garlic cloves together. Once they are combined, add sesame oil to the salad.
7. French Style Dressing
It is one of the easiest salad that can be made.
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp white pepper, ground
1 tsp unsalted tomato paste
7 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup red or white wine vinegar
2 tsp water
1/2 tsp fresh chopped onion

In a jar or other container with a tight lid, combine all ingredients such as dry mustard, pepper, tomato paste, olive oil, vinegar and onion, shake it up and serve.
