I am a health conscious person, however, I have observed that I am not able to keep a proper count of calories intake, and this becomes a problem for me. I have heard about daily food log from a friend, and I am planning to buy one for myself as well. Nonetheless, I am a bit confused with the different types in daily food log. Since I am looking for a simple daily food log, I would like to know which daily food log would be suitable! I would be really thankful to you guys if somebody can help me with an appropriate advice regarding daily food log!
