Yesterday I was watching a TV show based on microwave cooking, and I learnt quite revealing facts, which told about the science behind the microwave cooking. I could infer from the episode that microwave cooking is not really beneficial for health. Although I do not cook extensively, I use microwave to warm my food. I would therefore, like to know about some healthy and beneficial tips for microwave cooking to minimize its health hazards. Can some cooking expert please assist?
