Well I know vanilla sugar is a common product in german, austrian, slovenian cuisine and the danish confectionery treats, and it definitely is difficult to acquire outside of europe. But still I want to learn to use the vanilla sugar. How do I substitute vanilla for the vanilla sugar? The vanilla sugar over here is very costly and is sold in small quantities that is why I want to know how can it be used at its most efficient way into a delectable delicacy. Kindly help.
