Recently my friend has advised me to go for raw food diet, as it helps in reducing weight, and maintaining it for a long time. I want to know what all are comprised in raw food diet, as I am a non-vegetarian person. I would also like to know about its other benefits, and most importantly, how can I begin with it! As I have mentioned that I love non-vegetarian stuff, I want to know how easily can I turn to raw food diet! Can somebody please advise me of the way to do it at the earliest? Thanks!
