Is taking special k drink advisable? I am 38yrs old, I exercise a lot nowadays as if I have become addicted to it. After that I need to go to the office too, that is the time that feel like I have been drained off my energy completely. Somebody suggested that I should intake some special k drink, it will be the best for me. But I want some real reinforcements from you guys on trying it. What do you think of it? Have you ever tried it? How was your experience?
