I have heard a lot about shark energy drinks and I really want to try it out. But before I try it I want to know will these drinks also help me to feel good during my periods? My friend told me that it is really good and helped her a lot. But when I asked my sister she said it is just waste of money. I donât know who is right and I should do now. Are these energy drinks helpful in that way also? Can anyone help me out in this?
