I am a 36yr old male. I have recently started running to increase my stamina. I usually run in the morning. I don’t like to eat anything before my running session. Well, can I run on an empty stomach? But then I will be dehydrated because I haven’t had anything to drink or eat. I am so confused about what should I do? Will eating some Indian vegetarian food be right for me as I love Indian cuisine? Are there any of the cup drinks that I should give a try? Or can you suggest and recommend some other ideas that will help me?
