My son is a huge foodie, and he loves fish a lot. Lately, he ate some great food at a Japanese restaurant, and he liked the food so much so, that he wishes me to prepare Japanese food on his birthday, as he would like to have it as his birthday present. I donât know a thing about Japanese cooking style, and therefore, I am a bit perplexed, as I donât want to upset my son on his birthday. I would thus like to know if somebody out there knows about Japanese cuisine, who can also help me with some recipes, and tips on Japanese cooking. Can someone please advice?
