My fiancée suffers from gluten allergy and since I have to prepare food for both of us, I want to know about the list of foods containing gluten, so that I could avoid them for him and to some extent, myself as well. I would also like to know how could gluten be avoided! I love pastas, and pizzas, and I want to know if there is any alternative to it, which is again gluten free. I donât know many things about foods containing gluten, and therefore, would like to get well informed about it. Can somebody please help?
