In the first place, a food stylist should be aware of color composition that could be rolled into the food, without adulterating the natural look and the flavor. The tough thing here is to make the food look delicious and to cook it to taste delicious too.
In the second place, the food stylist has to make the food appear fresh in front of the camera, by understanding how a food reacts chemically. In other words, it’s the art of making the most ordinary food look extraordinary.
