Recently the doctor has advised my mom to eat food rich in iron. Although, I have bought iron supplements for her, however, I want to know about iron enriched foods as well, which could be included in our daily diet, as the doctor even advised her to consume large amount of iron daily because she is in danger of becoming anemic. I want to know about the amount of iron we get from different products in our daily diet. Can somebody please advise me appropriately? Thanks.
