I am a 32 yr old female, I have type two diabetes. I exercise regularly and go for my regular tests as well. I want to take some energy drinks and some vitamin drinks along with all this, for a better rejuvenation and health, just after the exercise, is it at all advisable? What would you like to suggest to me? Which indian vegetarian recipes according to you can I go for with my situation of diabetes although it is in control from the last two years?
