I have read in a health magazine that whole food diet helps is not only a healthy diet, but also helps in weight loss. I tried searching for it online, however, could get no complete information. Therefore, I have come to you guys for an appropriate advice regarding whole foods and its health benefits. I would also like to know if there are some specific recipes, which I need to eat when I am following whole foods diet! Can somebody please elaborate on whole foods, and its health benefits, so that I can avail them to the maximum? Thanks.
