I have heard that green tea is one of many healthy green drinks and it has endless benefits. I am 2 weeks pregnant, and I want to know if I can consume this tea. I want to take it in hot water so that I donât put on unnecessary weight during my pregnancy. I think it is one of the healthy ways to reduce the fats in your body. But I am not sure in case of pregnancy, so I was wondering if anyone can tell me whether I can consume it or not?
