My sister who is a dietician has advised me to keep a control on the calories I consume in a day; however, my concern is that I am not able to verify the amount of nutrition (or calories in my case) in a product. Moreover, she asked me to get a food pyramid so that it would serve as a guide to my food choices. I want to know if it some sort of chart, or an online tool which tells about the required amount of nutrients in our diet! I would really like to know detailed description of food pyramid so that I can get one for myself!
