I am on a low fat diet these days, and the only benefit I have acknowledged so far, is that I lost around two pounds in three weeks. I have to eat low fat meals, and trust me, its no exciting! I love chicken, and this is why I want to ask you guys if there is/are any special recipe/s for low fat meals which include chicken. I have not been able to taste it for last three weeks, and it is more like an ordeal for a chicken lover like me, to not be able to eat my favorite food even for once. Can anyone please help?
