I am mother of a 9 years old kid and making him eat something healthy is one real daunting task. I want to know a few healthy meal ideas, which don’t derange him from taste somehow. I have tried pastas and some sandwiches for him, but he doesn’t like them anymore. Can you guys please help me with a few healthy meal ideas which I can implement upon my kitchen to make some healthy and tasty recipes for my kid?
