I wanted to commence with some dieting plan for quite some time now, however, I am never able to adhere to my regime, and this is what creates problem! Recently my sister has advised me to follow a low carb diet, which would help me reduce weight effectively. Now before starting with this diet I would want to know about low carb food, and how does it help in reducing fat?
