Lobster is such a delicacy that one should try at least once in a lifetime. And that is why I have decided to make the lobster tail recipe at home the next weekend. I have already arranged for the lobster tails, the grill, skewers, sharp knife, the pastry brush, salt, pepper, bay seasoning, paprika, the garlic salt, parsley flakes, butter, some lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice and ofcourse the bbq sauce. Now all is left is the procedure that I am unaware of, so will you please help me with it and tell me how do I barbecue a lobster tail?
