I eat meal 5 times a day in moderate quantity, I drink plenty of water and am a teetotaler as well, and still this obstinate problem of my life, overweight, doesn’t seem to set me off. I have heard many good things about Atkins foods; thereby, I have come to you to know more about Atkins food, as I am quite interested in it now. Could someone please advice me about its mechanism as to how it works on fat. I addition, if there has to be a specific time for its intake. Please suggest. Thanks.
