Fruits are the best friends of human body but I can’t eat them raw. I know the advantage that one can get from fruits and that’s why I want to know which are some of the fruit beverages recipes that I can make at home? What all I have to do to make fruit drinks? I want to know how I can make mix fruit juice to get the maximum benefits out of the drink? My friend told me that apple juice is the best of all juices and I must try it out. Can anyone tell me, how I can make out apple juice in a healthy way? Should I use apple without peeling or should I peel it first?
