I am simply not able to keep a check on what kinds of foods should I eat, and what I could easily avoid, as at times the nutritional information mentioned on the foods packets confuses me! I am also unaware of the required count of sodium and calories I should consume every day. A friend advised me to buy a food guide pyramid, as it tells about the nutritional value of foods that we eat. I assume, it would be therefore useful to me, as I would be then able to keep a track of the calories I consume in a day. I would really like to know if food guide pyramid is available online free of cost!
