My husband loves Russian cuisine, and I want to prepare some russian food recipes for his birthday, which is just round the corner! Apparently, I can cook well, but I have never tried any specific russian cuisine. I am a vegetarian, and this is why the recipe ideas are even more restrained. Can you guys please help me with some vegetarian russian food recipes, which could be relished by my husband and me alike? I would really appreciate an early response from you guys. Thanks.
