My 19 years old daughter is diagnosed as anemic, and the doctor has advised to include a lot of iron rich foods in her diet. She is a vegetarian, and this health problem is attributed to her, by her unhealthy diet plans! She would not eat food to stay slim, and now I have to look for specific foods, which consist of iron. Can somebody please assist me with a few vegetarian iron rich foods, which could be beneficial for her, and would not contribute to her over weight problem?
